Do you offer delivery?
Yes — we offer Australia-wide shipping on all gift boxes 🤍
For Perth customers, we also offer same-day and next-day local delivery on selected orders. Delivery options are shown at checkout, or feel free to contact us for urgent gifting requests.
Do you accommodate Corporate or Business gifting?
Absolutely 🤍
We work with both small businesses and larger corporate clients to create thoughtful, beautifully presented gift boxes tailored to your brand and occasion.
From client settlement gifts and staff appreciation boxes to custom branded gifting, we’d love to help bring your vision to life.

Can you deliver to apartments, units or PO Boxes?
Yes — we can deliver to apartments and units 🤍
If no one is available to collect the order at the time of delivery, by completing your purchase you authorise us to leave the gift in a safe location where possible.
Please ensure all delivery details and access information are provided at checkout to help avoid delays.
We’re unable to deliver via courier to PO Boxes, however Australia-wide orders can be shipped via post where applicable.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the gift box will be left in a safe location where possible.
If our driver feels there isn’t a suitable safe place to leave the order, the box will be returned to us and a redelivery fee will apply.
Redelivery costs are calculated at 40% of the original order value, plus the additional delivery fee.
What happens if I enter the wrong delivery address?
Please double-check all delivery details before placing your order 🤍
If an incorrect address is provided and the delivery cannot be completed, additional fees may apply for redelivery.
If we’re unable to redeliver the same day and the items need to be remade or replaced, a replacement fee plus a new delivery charge may apply depending on the contents of the gift box.
If you notice an address error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes — we offer same-day and next-day delivery within selected Perth metro areas 🤍
For same-day delivery, orders should ideally be placed before 9am and within approximately 50km of Perth (6107). While we always do our best to accommodate urgent orders, availability may vary depending on location and courier capacity.
Orders placed before 1pm can usually be delivered the following business day within Perth metro areas.
For Australia-wide shipping, delivery timeframes are generally between 5–10 business days depending on location.
Orders outside of Perth metro areas are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, and express postage is available on request for an additional cost.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that plans can change 🤍
Orders that have already been prepared, personalised or are out for delivery are unable to be cancelled or refunded.
Order cancellations are accepted up to 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. A $30 administration fee applies to all approved cancellations, regardless of order value.
If your order includes personalised items or custom products, charges may still apply for those items.
To request a cancellation, please email us at info@confettiboxco.com.au as soon as possible with your order details.
Do your products contain nuts, eggs or gluten?
Some products included in our gift boxes may contain or come into contact with nuts, eggs, gluten and other allergens.
While we do our best to provide accurate product information, we cannot guarantee that any items are completely allergen-free. If you have specific dietary requirements or allergy concerns, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist 🤍
What happens if it is too hot or raining?
Please ensure someone is home at the time of delivery wherever possible.
Due to the nature of our gift boxes, chocolate items may melt in hot weather or become damaged if left exposed to rain or moisture. While we will always do our best to leave your delivery in a safe, shaded, and sheltered spot, this is not always possible.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for gift boxes that are missing, melted, or weather-damaged once they have been successfully delivered when no one is home.
