Do you delivery?

YES AUSTRALIA WIDE 

Can you accommodate large Corporate/ Small Business boxes? 

Absolutely, send us an email info@confettiboxco.com.au with your request and contact details and we will get back to asap. We can customise your gifts with your company logo and much more. 

Can you deliver to an apartment/unit/PO BOX? 

Yes to Apartments & Units BUT if we buzz and no one is available to collect we will bring the box back with usWe can redeliver the order at a charge of 40% of the original order cost plus the additional delivery charge. 
Unfortunately we can not deliver to PO Boxes we can only post 

What happens if the Recipient isn't Home?

If the recipient is not home the box will be left in a safe spot if there is one. If there is no safe spot we will bring the box back with us. We can redeliver the order at a charge of 40% of the original order cost plus the additional delivery charge.

What happens if I got the wrong address?

Unfortunately if you give us the wrong address you will need to pay 50% of the cost of the box fee plus delivery again. If we cant deliver that same day you will need to pay full replacement value and the delivery fee again. 

Do you deliver Same Day?

Perth we will try our best if you order before 8am and with in 20km of 6056
Rest of Australia will take up to 5-10 business days 
PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID DELIVERIES ARE TAKING UP TO 3 WEEKS TO SOME LOCTIONS WITHIN AUSTRAILA
We will post your order within 1-2 business days. 
We can offer express post at extra cost.
 

I want to cancel my order?

Orders that are already prepared or our for delivery cannot be refunded.
Orders can be cancelled within 3 days prior to the delivery date
Prior to the 2 days a cancellation of your order will incur a $30.00 administrative fee regardless of the value of the box. 
If items are personalised you will be charged for the items
A cancellation notice must be placed in email to info@confettiboxco.com.au

Are there nuts, eggs and gluten?

We can not guarantee that our products are free of these products.

Whats happens if it is too hot or raining? 

Please make sure that your recipient is home. Due to the nature of our gifts, chocolate will melt if let in the heat and get wet in winter. We will try to leave in a shady place but this is not always possible to find a safe place. There is no refunds or replacements for items that have been delivered but no one is home.
